Committees

ESN Netherlands has two committees, namely the supervisory committee and the ESNow committee.

Supervisory Committee

ESN the Netherlands has a Supervisory Committee. The task of the committee is to supervise the national board, and to look into the budget made at the beginning of the year. The Supervisory Committee is formed during the first national platform, all local board members can sign up for a position in this committee. This committee evaluates the national board before the second and third NP. The findings of the evaluation will be presented during the second and third NP. The national board should provide the supervision committee with enough information, so the supervision committee can make a good judgment about the functioning of the national board. This information can be provided by initiating meetings with the supervision committee and giving the minutes of national board meetings. The Supervisory Committee also has a succession document. In this document, their tasks are described in detail. The national board should also read this document.

ESNow Committee

ESN the Netherlands has an ESNow committee. The task of the committee is to help the national board member organize the official ESNow trip, which usually takes place in March. This committee is formed before the first national platform, all current board members can apply for a place in this committee. Members of esn which are part of local committees (meaning active members/mentors) can also join this committee. 
The committee consists of 6 members: The president, the secretary (also vice-president), treasurer, PR-coordinator, alumni member and the QQ (a national board member).
